American law sucks. Never before has a nation possessed greater capacity to eradicate poverty, guarantee human dignity, and cultivate our environment. Never before, then, has a nation so callously elected violence and degradation. Join as Bobby, a former Boeing structural engineer who brooks no procedural obfuscation or substantive handwringing, probes our nation’s legal and constitutional history, tradition, and contradictions. Nothing is off limits. Law is made up. We get to continually choose the society we live in. Problems beget solutions.
